This is a MOTEL quality, not hotel. Old, dirty, needs renovation. I've been to some rThey did NOT have my reservation. I had to call Expedia support and waited another hour so they can actually book a new reservation for me. Disappointed all around.

Definitely needed a deep cleaning, rooms appeared to be not turned and cleaned. No towels and soap. We ended up having to clean the rooms ourselves.

You get what you pay for.

When I checked into my room, the restroom tub was really dirty, and had mud and hair in it, went back to the front desk to get another room, and in that room the heater had no cover, the towels and bath mats had stains on them, my heater was not warm or hot enough, it blew cold to semi warm air, The shower only had warm water, at this point I was tired and sleepy, didn’t complain anymore and just went to sleep, I had to at work in five hours.

Don’t stay here!!

I would never stay here again. Hotel was very run down and should not be in business. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Do yourself a favor, spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else especially if you have kids.

Decent Place, Great Price But Needs Room Repair

Check in guy was great and very assisting but check out girl was just blah. Check in guy was understanding of the TV issue we noticed almost immediately upon settling into our first assigned room, it worked and was 90% okay by screen had cracks and remote didn't work. He tried to call someone to go take a look at the TV but they didn't answer. He switched us to another room and the TV and remote worked fine but most channels weren't clear and we watched with snow behind the main picture. I needed to go into the check in area a few times and he got up from his chair in the back room, about 15 feet away, each time, walked to greet me and paid attention so he could provide assistance as best he could. First room had obviously been broken into as the frame and door had been pieced back together around the handle and lock area. It also had a hole in the wall where the door handle hit the wall pretty hard. Our second room was decent but proper repairs need to be made so it isn't broken dingy in a couple of areas. Bathroom door had cracks by the lock and handle on both sides, it had a hole in the ceiling, the towel holding bar over the soap shelf in the bathtub was missing. When checking out, the front desk lady stayed seated in the back room about 15 feet away and just said leave the room card on the counter and when reporting the TV issue and another issue I had to speak louder to ensure she could hear clearly from her location and she said she would report them.

The bathroom was stuck open and had a piece of hair on the counter that wasn’t from us at all. The tv didn’t even turn on at all there was dirt and crumbs from previous people staying there that was pushed behind the bed. It was one of the grossest and worst hotels we have ever stayed at

Keep looking in Williams

Very disappointing, i think they are teying to renovate the rooms, however they should not rent out the ones under construction. We rented 2 rooms and they were both bad
