My stay was okay overall, but there were several things that could have been better. The carpet in the room looked stained or dirty, which made the space feel less clean than I expected. I also didn’t know that check-in wasn’t available after 10 PM—the door was locked, and after calling the hotel four times with no answer, Expedia had to contact them on my behalf. Another thing not mentioned anywhere was that the room with three beds is located upstairs with no elevator, which would have been important to know ahead of time. When I finally got into the room, no heat had been turned on, so it was freezing, and the window unit didn’t warm the room very well. The stay wasn’t terrible, but accurate information and a little more attention to comfort and cleanliness would have made a big difference.

Looked great but the flush didn’t work. I had to repair it myself but didn’t fix it fully. The floorboards are too weak and creaks a lot. Disturbance from top floor. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. They save a lot of milk by not giving to customers. We requested thrice and didn’t get milk and the management said they sent someone to buy milk lol. Yogurt machine didn’t work. Pancake was gooey. Breads and muffins weren’t served on time. So people had to wait. Tv didn’t connect to WiFi and was unable to stream.

Super dirty room, the cards were lacquered on the second day, the shower was dirty and smelly, and when we spoke to the manager he only said it was a 2-star hotel, it was the worst experience, I do not recommend it, please think before renting here,

Used condom on floor

At first you think it’s ok. However, they obviously don’t clean well. I found a USED CONDOM on my floor by my bed. The tables had glass marks on them. Bathroom floor wasn’t swept or mopped. Seriously though, a USED CONDOM though was missed! Disgusting!!!

We booked for 2 queen beds and were told that our room was out of service due to a leak and that they would "upgrade us to a room with 2 Double(Full) beds with no charge to us" as if we were suppose to be charge to get a downgraded room with smaller beds. I was being reasonable and I told them eventually that we were OK with the room since we were really tired( I swear they take advantage of this since they know the hassle it is to find another place). We went inside our room and everything seemed normal until we got inside the bathroom. There was hair everywhere in the shower from the previous stay. Used bottles of body wash/shampoo that were spilled over. There was 1 body towel that was dirty and 2 face towels that looked clean but did not trust. We were disappointed beyond believe. Showers were a pass that night for us unfortunately. In the morning we went to their continental breakfast and it was beyond mediocre. They had milk and cereal and bread. That's it! Couldn't believe my eyes that they would call that breakfast. We had a slice of bread and were out of there. We are not the type of people to leave bad reviews but this past our threshold. We wouldn't want anybody else to go through this. They have plenty of areas for improvement. Hope the owner takes this review to heart and improves in the areas necessary to stay in business.

False advertisement. The hotel is total dump on a graveled lot right beside the highway. Nothing like pictures. Nothing convenient around it. Looks like a prostitution motel. Had to book another room somewhere else!!
