The hotel was recently renovated. Rooms were very clean and the staff was outstanding. Fire alarm went off at 7am, Manager came and checked on us when we called the front desk and hung up when the alarm shut off.

Have ending hours for laundry!!

Our room was next to the laundry and someone was washing all their shoes all night! Horrible night sleep! Extremely clean hotel and would recommend just not next to the laundry.

It was a very clean hotel. The only dislike I had was that the bed was extremely firm, almost to say it was hard. I did not sleep well. However, it was very quiet, and the shower had great water pressure.

Happy stay in Williamsburg.

The staff were exceptional. I left behind 2 items. They were found and I picked them up the evening of our checkout day. Iur only recommendation is to install sime towel racks in the bathroom. Also, a few photos on the walls would be welcome.

Loved it and would stay again

The breakfast team was amazing ! It was all hands on deck (including the manager). The waffles were top notch for a motel and the bacon tray was never empty ! Clean and comfortable. I give it a 9.
