Kingsmill on the James in Williamsburg is waiting for you at this peaceful 1-bedroom condo. Unit sleeps 4: King bed and living room with queen sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the many historic sites. Bathroom is replete with shower, soaking tub, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. We think our place will help you experience everything Williamsburg has to offer.
Furnished with fully equipped kitchen. Unit overlooks River golf course. Access to spa, swimming pool, playgrounds, and beach all contained in a private, gated community.
Amenities may include upgrades such as golf, three restaurants, marina, and state of the art gym with steam rooms and indoor pool. Nextdoor to Busch Gardens, close to Colonial Williamsburg, state parks, historic museums and Water Country. Nearby is a shopping center with grocery & liquor stores, dentist, restaurant, beauty shop and minutes to hospital.
Owners live close by in case of emergency needs.
Rentals are daily @$155 to $165 or monthly @$2000. Monthly rental fees are utilities over $35 and cleaning fee of $40. Deposit of $500, balance returned upon inspection at end of month. For cancellations deposit is fully refunded 3 weeks prior to arrival, ½ returned 2 weeks prior and a credit after that time.
1 time fees for weekend stays are admin @ $25 & utilities over $35, $50 deposit returned at end of month.
