The space
Comfortable Living - Fairway loft is a 2 BR/ 2 BA condo located on the 3rd floor. The main floor features a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings offering ample natural light. A private balcony with entrances from the main bedroom and living room provides serene views of the golf course.

Fully Equipped Kitchen - Unleash your culinary skills in our well-appointed kitchen equipped with major appliances and a coffee station. Our freshly updated countertop provides seating for four with ample space for meals, cards, or a game of Yahtzee.

Flexible Sleeping Arrangements - Fairway loft comfortably accommodates 4 guests but can provide for up to 6 guests. The main floor hosts a primary bedroom with a queen bed, a desk area for a quiet workspace, and a private doorway to the balcony. The upper floor features an open second bedroom loft with a queen bed. Additional sleep arrangements can be made with an air mattress. The air mattress and linens are provided.

Entertainment and Connectivity - Stay connected with free WiFi or set the mood with our vinyl record player. With three HG televisions placed throughout the condo, log in to your favorite streaming services or unplug and reconnect with cards and board games.

Unique Experience - Explore the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa offerings just two minutes from the condo. The resort offers three championship golf courses, rejuvenating spa services, and mini-bowling, arcade games, an escape room, and ax-throwing at "The Den".

Winter Wonderland - For our winter enthusiasts, there are six downhill skiing and boarding areas nearby and numerous cross-country skiing/snowshoeing trails. Relax and unwind near the gas fireplace after a day at the ski hill.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo.

Free on-site parking provided for up to two vehicles (1 parking lot space and 1 carport space - there is no assigned parking).

Other things to note:
Given our location, there may be some minor road noise from traffic on US-31. A white noise machine is provided in both bedrooms to accommodate the potential for road noise during your stay.

The condo is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator. There are 24 stairs to access the condo once inside the building. There are also stairs within the condo to access the loft bedroom and second bathroom. A gate will be provided if you wish to close the stairs off from young children staying at the condo.

This condo offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
