Our stay at Hampton Inn was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and everything we tried was fresh and delicious with coffee available all day! Our room was clean and plenty of items to serve our needs.

Wonderful staff. I requested a special location and Mohammed easily accomplished this for me. The room was in excellent condition and the breakfast was perfect. There were lots of families there and the breakfast area was kept fully stocked up with yummy food!

We liked closeness to Colonial Williamsburg. Next door was a great Mexican restaurant and less than a mile away a great Greek restaurant. Most importantly, we like that we can have our two dogs with us for a reasonable pet fee of $125 for our 10 day stay (1 to 4 nights is a fee of $75).

Would not stay here again. Room was not cleaned well & housekeeping only comes every other day. Even when room was serviced it was still dirty. This hotel had the worst breakfast options of any hotel we have stayed at. There were only 2 hot items, some form of egg & a dif type of pork each day which was not good.

The breakfast was not very good. The selections were limited. For the waffle maker, all they had were little packets of syrup and nothing else. The muffins were not very good and the scrambled eggs were salty, watery, and just not good. In the past year, we have stayed at several hotels and this was the worst and most limited continental breakfast we have seen. On the plus side, the staff working in the breakfast area were friendly and seemed to be trying, but the quality and selection of items was lacking.

Breakfast needs more variety with pastries and eggs. It felt like it was a problem when I was not happy with the room they had me in. Just be alittle more caring and the way you approach how you talk to people. Just smile!!!!
