Staff were absolutely wonderful and so kind! We loved the atmosphere! Breakfast is available with buffet and made to order. Very attentive and the dining area is beautiful and elegant with comfy places to sit to eat! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool that was open 24/7!! We also enjoyed the luxury of having the bar and being able to bring our drinks back to our room since we have a little one! We will definitely be staying here again!! Thanks for the great experience!!!

Staff, service and all was the best. Really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing was that there was only one elevator working and it was very slow. It would be smart to have both working fast as i saw the occupancy at the hotel was quite high Besides that, loved our stay!

Ms. Nancy was excellent at assisting with check-in—thank you for going the extra mile to ensure our room was clean. Ms. Karen was great at the bar and ensured our dinner was hot and served in a timely manner. Ms. Delphine was the icing on the cake. She was amazing and ensured that breakfast was served and hot. Thank you to the cook and the entire staff for going the extra mile to ensure our stay was great!!! The only thing that could use improvement is the pool area. We were unable to use it because of dirty towels and trash left by the previous guest in the area from the prior day.
