Good except for humidity

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, but it was humid. The bath tub was peeling and the bbathroom mirror had what looked like a gun shot mark. Overall we were satisfied. The humidity was the only uncomfortable feature.

Convenient, excellent staff. Clean. However when leaving leaving room for a funeral I was asked by one staff member if I needed any housekeeping one morning and I mentioned some fresh towels and they left the old towels on the floor and never replaced them.

We have traveled a lot this year and stayed at many hotels. This one by far has been the best. Awesome breakfast, friendly staff, cleanliness was great, and everything in the room worked. Best part, was not overwhelmed by the odor of Marijuana. Clean and fresh air and left the room to the great odor of a fresh breakfast. 😌

Clean, comfortable, with excellent customer service! My husband and I stayed here after a trip to Busch Gardens. The location was convenient and room was perfect for an overnight stay. Greg was so helpful and friendly. He greeted us cheerfully and checked us in. He told us about the rewards program and offered us our first perk as members - a cold bottle of water and a snack bag. This was just what we needed instead of a heavy meal. We would definitely return.

The staff at the front desk is phenomenal. However, housekeeping left our door unlocked after putting towels in the room. We were at Busch Gardens all day and came back to an unlocked door propped open with the latch. This is unacceptable. Fortunately, nothing was stolen.
