The Apple house is located on a beautiful 40 acres of working Apple Orchards and Farm Market in Williamsburg, MI. The house was built in 1928 but has been updated with modern amenities. We are less than a mile from the Traverse City Horse Show.
With Both Traverse City and Elk Rapids less than 10 Miles away, there are many attractions, including Restaurants, Shopping, Wineries, Beaches, Casinos, The National Cherry Festival, Horse Shows, Fall Color Tours, Ski Resorts, Golf and among many others.

Guest have have access to the entire house; except the basement and a supply closet.

Boat Trailers are allowed to park on the property. It will fit up to 2 trailers.
The house will be stocked with starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towel. You may want to bring extra if you think you need more.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip used beds. Place dirty towels in down stairs shower. Dishes should be cleaned or placed in dishwasher. Place all garbage in the outside green dumpster, next to the red barn
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
