Not very well lit signage to find the property and frankly looks abandoned. Sketchy people hanging outside smoking cigarettes and weed. Lobby reeked of smoke. Front desk guy checked us in was friendly enough but also said the room number out loud which isnt a safe thing to do (as two females traveling together don’t need random people within ear shot knowing specifically which room we’re in). When we got to our floor our nostrils were immediately filled with the stench of cigarette smoke. non smoking rooms are directly next to and across from smoking rooms which makes no sense. Carpet had red stains which I pray was wine. Cockroach skittered across the floor which we then killed. Shower head prob hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed. Clogged, white and crusty which meant terrible water pressure and uneven spray. Worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in and I travel a lot and have stayed in hostels and low budget motels. would Never recommend this place to anyone. It’s a smokers hotel for sure and can only imagine what the air filters in the room look like. Filthy place. DONT STAY HERE!

The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The only thing I need to complain about is that all the jets did not work on the hot tub. The 3 on the end by the exit. I will plan on coming back for another stay sometime soon. Maybe hot tub will work better. But anyway it was a very comfortable birthday stay.
