The original room placed jetted tub hot water didn’t work correctly but then we were able to be moved and that jetted tub worked well. The bed was EXTREMELY HARD. My partner and I backs hurt so bad and we attempted to put extra sheets on the bed to make it softer however nothing helped. They need to invest in better mattress desperately. The phone didn’t work when we tried to call downstairs so we had to use our cell phones. The breakfast was horrible just eggs and biscuits no meat. The staff seemed helpful and had good communication skills. I was disappointed they gave options for later stay but then I received a notification saying it was denied it was unclear that there was an approval needed I thought once I paid the money and selected it I could stay later but it ended working out just fine because the bed was so hard that I wanted to run out that hotel to get home to my own bed. I’ve stayed at many hotels but none had a bed that hard before it felt like i was laying on bricks. We even flipped the mattress over in hopes it would help it was still hard as bricks.

A light for over the Hot Tub, and tightening down the spigots for it. Pool was cold - indoor. Should be heated. 2nd floor hallway was soaked in the scent of marijuana! Stunk to high heaven! The Continental breakfast was sad. Rubber eggs and no meat?!?! The guy operating acted as if he could care less about what was there or not.

When I arrived, the hotel looked very run down from the outside. It was late and there were so many people outside smoking. Including the guy who checked us in. The 1st room we were given had mold from floor to ceiling, broken mirrors for decoration, fridge was wobly & didnt work, the phones didn't work. Stains on the sheets, I went back down to the front desk, waited 10 mins for the front desk person to come back inside from smoking and asked for a new room. He proceeded to tell me 'all rooms were like this' I said all rooms are covered in mold with a broken fridge & phone? He said well I dont know about the fridge, but I'll give you a new room. 2nd room didn't have as much mold, but was still disgusting. The fridge worked, but there was mold in the bathroom, the bath tub had been broken & sealed up with caulking I would assume. There was hair & disgusting sticky stuff all over the counter & hair dryer. The toilet wasnt cleaned, the sheets, pillows, & towels were stained with something. Mold in the corners since there was no exhaust fan. It smelled terrible as soon as we walked in. The whole place musty.The best part..ROACHES. I checked out immediately when I was suppose to stay 2 nights & was told I would not be charged. I was charged the full amount & still currently fighting with expedia & the hotel even with receipt proof they provided showing no charge, to get my money back. I would noy recommend.
