Room was clean, pool clean, nice stay The bedroom tv did not have a remote so not able to watch in there. The living room remote did not work for the bedroom one, that was the only disappointing spot. It would be nice if they invested in smart tv’s so customers can log in to their streaming apps.

This vacation rental is on top of its game. No complaints here. Just a satisfying stay. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The units are up to date and very comfortable. The one bedroom unit has 2 TVs, yay 😁😁😁. Will be back when visiting Williamsburg again.

Very very nice property & staff was excellent. Accommodations were outstanding and the price was fantastic. The reason I did not receive my VIP property benefit was because I forgot to ask for it, which is on me and Not the property. I will definitely go back there again.

The room was clean but……looks tired. Needs painting, refrigerator has a lot of dents, dining table worn, exterior of building needs painting too. I understand some units have been renovated. I requested to be assigned to a renovated unit but, obviously I was not. Staff at registration were very friendly and helpful. Staff at checking very friendly and accommodating.

No AC. Maintenance guy came and I showed him the problem. Faulty breaker. He said someone would come by the next day. Didn’t happen. Had to open the windows to get the place reasonably livable. Just like old times in Colonial Williamsburg.

Never ever again!!

This was the absolute worst stay I’ve ever experienced through Hotels. We were given a rundown, filthy, outdated room next to rooms they were actively gutting, which tells you how much in need of repair they were. We had maintenance and housekeeping open our door 3 different times saying we were listed as being checked out when we arrived in the room only 8 hours prior to that and had 3 nights left. The pool was dirty and part of it was green, but the smell was the worst part. As soon as you walked in the door it smelled of sewage. There were roaches on the bottom, and a fingernail and a band-aid floating around. The absolute worst part was the way we were treated by staff. I called down to find out why maintenance and house keeping were trying to get in and I was met with the rudest staff I have ever encountered. The manager was the rudest. Her attitude was abhorrent. She never apologized, her only reply to my question about why they were saying I had checked out was that the staff was told we were not to be disturbed. I asked a question, I never asked not to be disturbed. She should lose her job if that is all the better she can treat a paying guest. Luckily, a very nice man at Hotels was able to get us a partial refund, although I believe we were due a full refund but the manager wouldn’t budge because we didn’t check out til almost 2 after trying to scramble and find new accommodations, which ended up costing even more money. I will never ever stay at the Colonies again!!
