Great location, good price, old/musty rooms

This is actually my third stay here, and I'll stay again because it's affordable and walkable to the William and Mary campus. Note that the older part of the complex has dated rooms that are really musty. You get used to it, but it's a strong odor when you enter the room and it even sticks on your clothes.

We liked the layout of the property. It was very quiet in the back section. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be, the knobs on drawers were loose and there was a musty odor.

My mom and I had a nice get away to Williamsburg and the hotel and staff were just as charming as the town itself! It was very welcoming. The beds were comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. Will definitely come back!

Weekend trip

Really friendly staff, clean grounds, we really enjoyed the free mini golf. The rooms are old but the sheets and room were clean. The walls are thin but bearable. We would stay again.

My room was beautiful, modern and very clean. It had all the comforts of home including a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and stackable laundry machines . The staff communicates by text message so it was easy to just send a text if anything was needed and within minutes, they responded. Hotel staff was very friendly. There are restaurants, stores, charging stations very close by. It’s just minutes down the road from William and Mary. It doesn’t have a restaurant, but there are tons of dining options very close by and food can be delivered there.

A nice surprise in Williamsburg. We were visiting our daughter in college and needed a room with a full kitchen. Westgate was the perfect choice. Great full kitchen. Super comfy King size bed. Huge bathroom w jacuzzi tub. Even though it was cold, we hit the hot tub each night and it was a treat. The staff could not have been more helpful. And the price was reasonable. We will definitely be returning!
