Incredible location if you are visiting William & Mary, plus outstanding breakfast and snacks. Lovely rooms. Just be aware the cell coverage in the area is low (not the Inns fault) and WiFi was super slow so not ideal if you have a lot of work Zooms.

There are so many things to love about this property-it’s one that we keep coming back to over and over. First, it’s beautiful. Secondly, it’s location cannot be beat for anything Colonoal Williamsburg and W&M. Last but not least, the breakfast is insanely good-I would stay here for that reason alone!

We loved our stay. The bed was so so comfortable. One of the most comfy beds we've slept in! The b&b is adorable, walking distance to everything, and the breakfast is homemade cooked fresh and absolutely delicious! Feels more like you are spending your vacation in a nice home with all the amenities rather than a hotel/inn since they keep it so quaint and homey! Cozy colonial couples retreat

The breakfast and daily fresh baked muffins were incredible! We also loved that it was walking distance to colonial Williamsburg. The first floor yellow room was so convenient for taking our dog out. My one suggestion would be to replace the mattress because it was very saggy and gave us sore backs.

It is home away from home. The house is beautiful and cozy. I love the breakfast. They have snacks and hot drinks anytime you want. I love the fact that they have a coffee and cappuccino machine available and they are so good. This place is walking distance to Merchant Square. I will choose this place again next year, God willing!
