We loved the location, with easy access to the walking bridge and entrance to Colonial Williamsburg. The pullout bed in the suite was uncomfortable and the breakfast was not to our liking.

I did not know what to expect when I got there. my sister and brother in law stayed there and said it was near the visiter center. So I thought that’s sounds like I could get a lot of information there to help us plan out our days. Little did I know that you had free shuttle service and truly felt like Disney World for history. You all truly have your act together! Great experience! Highly recommend to anyone.

The hotel was very quaint and quiet. It was in a quiet location and very easy to get to everything. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Pool area was cute for the kids with a little splash park. Gym equipment didn’t work and was a bit outdated. Overall a good experience. We would definitely recommend and be back for another stay.

Plus: walking distance to colonial Williamsburg, activities for children, pool and attractive cost. Also have free EV chargers (destination type). Cons: For a “resort” breakfast was terrible (no hot choices), no coffee station outside of breakfast period, staff was hit or miss as friendly, no extras when booking by 3rd party. Older facility/property and lacked upkeep in some areas. Overall: will probably pass on this as a choice if we return for a visit to Williamsburg and surrounding areas. Sum

Great Location!

This was our second visit and we had a great time! Convenient to Historic Williamsburg, restaurants and shops, William and Mary, and Busch Gardens. We would definitely recommend this for families!

Had a problem with the door lock in the room. fixed promptly. Quiet, even though there were 8 buses of 8th graders on a Spring Break trip in the hotel. Staff very attentive to needs of person with handicap.
