The AC was not functioning properly, my first room had a moldy smell and a dehumidifier that was full and not functioning. I had to move to a different room, which was better. The decor is outdated, and the beds desperately need new mattresses. There's a tiny fridge on the floor which is not easily accessible and no microwave in the room. When I read that this was a resort, I was excited however nothing about the property speaks resort. There needed to be established expectations upon checkin for the five sets of kids on summer trips who were running up and down the hallways.

The seclusion was nice and the breakfast was good. All of the staff have great customer service. Shout out to Patricia, the manager, for her assistance. Issues that need correction are the poor air quality in the rooms which require dehumidifiers, poor air circulation in the halls, no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, almost no cell service in the rooms so you could not call love ones.

First off we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone greeted us when we walked by them, it was very clean for the most part, and the property itself is beautiful. I wish we could have seen it in its heyday though. I little maintenance is all this place needs. The putt putt was decent but could use a little updating. The waterpark was our favorite part but wish the slide water worked and the canons. It was awesome but really would love to see everything in working order if we were to stay again.

This hotel has so much potential but unfortunately doesn’t seem well invested into. As soon as you walk into the lobby you expect to feel air conditioning. Unfortunately, it is extremely warm with is how it continues in all hallways. The rooms are a bit outdated. Popcorn ceilings, poor water pressure in the shower bc of cheap shower heads. Even with the air conditioning as low as possible the bedroom is able to get comfortable while the bathroom, mid area and sitting room area remain very warm. Seemed like there was a major air conditioning throughout thr whole property. Breakfast was the worst as you couldn’t even sit in the space comfortably because of the heat. There were no warm foods available the whole time we waited, no eggs, no sausage, etc. Very convenient location and a good price but not sure it was worth dealing with the best throughout this whole property and this is the beginning of June when it was only in the 80’s. Can’t imagine staying here in the mid summer.

We were “upgraded” from a 2 double bed to a king with a pull out couch. A pull out is NOT an upgrade and my companion barely slept on the couch with a very old and thin mattress.
