Arrogant staff

We requested connecting rooms, the hotel confirmed the request on May 6th for an August booking. But upon arrival they bluntly refused to acknowledge the request or agree to the fact that they sent the message. When I showed them the email, they blamed hotels.com for sending the message

My husband & I stayed one night while we were passing through Pennsylvania. This hotel was perfect and had spacious rooms! Scott at the front desk was super nice and welcoming! Will stay again if we’re ever in the area.

It could have been so much more

We were there for work stayed Monday to Friday and main did not clean the room once. No trash emptied no towel. Nothing will not go back there unless that’s the only thing in town

I have dealt with a few staff members here and all have been amazing. Making sure my room was to my liking and that I was taken care of after having to book 2 nights in a row at different times. Room is very clean. The location of my room was perfect to watch the sunset. I definitely recommend using this hotel if you need to stay in the Williamsport area.

Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsport-Faxon Exit

This hotel is build right next to the freeway and the rooms are noisy. Service is poor. We booked and paid for a king bed room, only to find that "all they had" were queen bed rooms. I showed her my booking confirming king, but she didn't even look at it. That's your room, if you don't like it, then there's the door leading to the car park. This hotel is the black sheep of the Hampton flock.
