Room was clean. TV didnt work. The entrance to the parking lot was poorly lit and had minimal signage. It was actually hard to find. The guy at the front desk lacked personality and was not very helpful until he was pushed. Not impressed with this property.

World's Worst Hotel

This was the most awful hotel I have EVER stayed at. From top to bottom, it couldn't have been any worse. It was musty, moldy, and full of what I hope were fruit flies. The ceiling tiles were water stained and wet. The shower has what appeared to be mold and the room had the loudest dehumidifier that WE apparently had to maintain and empty as part of our stay. The only reason we even stayed and didn't leave is because every room was filled at all hotels in the area. This completely ruined our Family Weekend at my son's college. Your company should be ashamed to have sold this room. I will never again book through your site and promise to make these complaints loud and visible on all social media platforms.

We had an adjoining room (not told in advance). It was a single door. And could light from next room around the top and side of door. Noise seemed like they were sleeping in our room. Could hear them snoring despite the noise from our AC (which was good /cold). Decor could use an overhaul. Bed was not bad Front desk person checking in not friendly

Having the Bonanza restaurant part of the building was so convenient. I felt entirely safe at this hotel and it was clean inside and out. Reasonable in price as well.

There is no signage or lights for the turn in. The entrance road is full of potholes. Property is OK once you find it and traverse the entrance minefield. No excuse. We were staying on a Saturday night and had breakfast on Sunday morning. The TV in the breakfast room was tuned into a Christian church service. This was inappropriate and insensitive. By the way we noticed the sign on the way out stating that the road was not owned by the Quality Inn. Noted, but why build on an unmaintained road in the first place?

Filthy room!

My gf and I checked in and only spent enough time in our room to drop off our luggage before heading to the concert we were in town for. Had I noticed the state of the room then I would have not stayed there. There was a dehumidifier running in the room which put me off right away thinking there was a moisture problem. It wasn’t until we returned later that night when I bent down to take my shoes off and noticed how beat up the entertainment center was and then I saw the absolute filth on it! I decided to check other things and saw the amount of dust on the office chair too. The cherry on top was the fingernail clipping on the carpet by the bed. Absolutely no excuse for this! I will never stay here again!
