Only a few things I found off

The room was practically immaculate, only things I saw that were a bit off was the microwave was missing the front glass piece and there was some things on the ceiling. Honestly I would still stay here, but next time, I’m double checking the ceilings in the rooms.

The property hasn’t provided the type of the room in accordance with the customer’s reservation request. I haven’t received the rate difference. Never ever again.

Disappointing

The breakfast was awful, there was nothing available except juice, minimal choices, no yogurt, no breakfast meat, only a couple of bagels and waffle. Also the hotel charged me twice and it still isn’t off my credit card, instead of charging me 450.00 they charged me 880.00!! I’m still waiting for the refund.
