First time I gave a two stars for Hilton properties. The reason is because the room had a strong smell of urine (dog). The breakfast is worth it for the price but they took forever to refill it. However,that the customer service was very good.

Most convenient hotel next to the Ark Encounter. Although the room was spacious, it was on the first floor facing the parking lot - not so much privacy.

Excellent!

Karmen at the front desk was amazing! So kind and helpful. Loved the big shower. Quiet and comfortable and a big plus to be able to walk to the Ark.

Everything has been good the property, but I have a major issue with a billing problem that can't seem to be rectified. Expedia and Hampton all point to fingers to the other person and nothing gets done. I've been in management for many years and I'm retired now. All it takes is one person with authority to make this happen. It is not that hard. Everyone seems to be working hard but nothing comes to a positive resolution. Obviously this is leaving a big stain on my overall feeling of staying here.

Excellent place to stay if visiting The Ark experience! Within walking distance to the entrance. Hotel has a very nice hot breakfast and great pool! Highly recommend!

Property is right next door to the Ark. We were able to walk over from the hotel and avoid a parking fee. Super convenient. The room was clean, breakfast was pretty good, and the pool was fun for the kids.

Great Stay

The location was great for our purpose. The room was spacious, contemporary, and clean, which is the most important thing for me. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was adequate for my family's need. It had enough variety for the oldest and youngest of us. Overall great stay. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn.
