Great and cozy place!

Excellent! A very nice place to stay and relax. We live the most that we were able to go fishing right there in front of the house and our 5 year old granddaughter had her first fishing experience and got 3 fishes!! We will definitely come back this place again!

Weekend Get Away

Delightful stay! By far the best stocked VRBO property we have ever stayed at as far as paper products and trash bags and even shampoo/conditioner provided. Very comfortable beds, clear & easy instructions for the individual room heating/air units. Newly remodeled & very nice kitchen & bathrooms. Nice comfortable furniture. Beautiful quiet area & right on the lake (was too cold & rainy to enjoy the lake on our visit). If we had stayed longer, we would have liked for a washer & dryer to be available, but wasn't an issue for our short stay. Checking in / out was super easy. Would definitely stay again. Very nice.

Williamstown stay

Great location on the lake. Very roomy, clean and well equipped. Even though it rained the long weekend we were there still enjoyed going to the Ark Encounter and the Newport Museum..

Water damage and mold issues, not clean

A huge disappointment. Unfortunately this house has ongoing water flooding issues, which has caused water damage and mold. The house floors, counters and toilets were dirty. There were spider webs, water puddles, and mold. The glass shower door was broken, and almost fell on my child when he tried to get in the shower. The washer and dryer was taken out, and we were told that is due to continuous septic issues. We got our money back and had to get a hotel room.

Great Lake Trip

Overall I really liked the property. However, the cleanliness of the house was bad. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty - very dirty. This included multiple plates and coffee mugs. The window ledges were dusty and had bugs. The windows on the patio doors were dirty.

Amazing experience

Property is absolutely perfect! We were able to dock our boat with ease, swim and kayak. Cove is a safe area to enjoy the water. House was well stocked, very clean and had a great layout. Drive to property is super simple. Highly recommend renting this property for your family and friends. Outdoor area was beautiful, enjoyed a fire and watching the boats on the lake.
