The hotel was what we needed - nothing fancy, but a clean, comfortable place for 2 nights. Room was clean with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were GREAT! Smooth and cool! AC worked great, thank goodness, because it was sweltering in KY during our stay. Good selection for continental breakfast. Overall, a good stay. The ONLY two slightly negative things I could say are 1) the elevator was out due to a lightning strike and we were on the 3rd floor. Totally not the hotel's fault and they apologized profusely. They were just as frustrated as anyone while they waited on a serviceman. 2) we were late arriving and the man who checked us in wasn't very helpful. He just said "what's the name? sign here. Elevator's out. Use the stairs there." He wasn't rude but he wasn't welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was great but there was a lot moisture in the room. My phone had water in it. Had to leave it in the sun for 2 hours . Noticed mold on the ceiling.

This property is okay, it is outdated and the room my family and I stayed in just felt so muggy, running the AC to the extreme colder side made it more breathable. The carpet was old and there were cracks and wall paints chipped in the bathroom. The shower curtains didn't provide much protection during the shower, it constantly leaked out and the floor was always wet no matter what we did. The beds looked comfy but once you laid on it, it felt like the bed sunk in the center which made it harder to sleep throughout the night. This hotel was sufficient for a two night stay because the staff was courteous however with lack of update we will not be returning.

It was a convenient location, easy to get to, with adequate parking. The whole floor we were on and the one above us were very noisy, and we had two preteen boys with us. The chairs in the room were stained and dirty as was the covering on the bed. The bathroom was clean. Toiletries were adequate.

Very comfortable beds. Nice parking. Safe indoor rooms. Great variety of breakfast. Good location off the main hwy. No service privacy was respected. Enjoyed the stay. Amenities: tv microwave and fridge were all unplugged which was a bit of a hassle. Bathroom floors were dirty.

The beds were quite comfortable, and the television had an incredibly sharp picture. The space between the bed and the desk seemed a bit small but workable. The in-room refrigerator made an awful racket when running but did keep things cold. While I only stayed two nights, I really looked forward to the breakfast buffet as it was nice to not have to leave the hotel to get breakfast. The dining room was well kept, and the buffet was well stocked and tended to. The 24/7 coffee bar was an unexpected "perk" that my wife and I enjoyed! Overall, the room was more than sufficient for my purpose, and I would book this hotel again if I were traveling to the Dry Ridge area.
