Extremely comfortable beds, and blankets.(same beds we own personally) Plenty of space for your group and/or to share with multiple families. Enjoy a complimentary, fully stocked, coffee/tea bar! Only 1 mile from restaurants, groceries, gas, etc. Enjoy the large backyard with hanging lights and a fire pit after your trip to the ARK or Creation Museum.

The property is a great place to stay for our family of 7 adults. We didn’t cook on property as there are plenty of restaurants nearby, but we did take advantage of the coffee bar. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time and created awesome memories at Rare 4 Bedroom Near Ark Encounter. The Ark Trip!

The Roomy Ranch exceeded all our expectations. Clean, safe, and comfortable for 7 adults, with plenty of dishes, towels, and all the necessities to make our stay enjoyable. We would choose to stay here again.

Questions were answered quickly. Home was easy to locate and super convenient since right off I-75. We only had few days to stay. Close to everything we went to and didn’t have to go far down any streets to get to property. Clean and had everything we needed plus some extras. Even forgot something and they helped find it and will send it to me. Great stay, place, & owners. Would go there again if I’m ever in town.

We can recommend the “Roomy Ranch” to anyone…especially if they are visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum! The house is nicely decorated and comfortable, beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there is an ample supply of towels and washcloths.
