 Remove all perishable items from the refrigerator and freezer. Except items we normally stock like catchup .......  lock all windows and doors.  Shut blinds.
 Start all Towels in Washing Machine.  Load and start the dishwasher  Leave on the front porch light  Put away all games, toys, or other items that were taken out  Load and start the dishwasher
 Put ALL trash and recycling in the trash can in the kitchen.  Put away all games, toys, or other items that were taken out  Turn off lights & electronics, except for ones on timers
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Owners at this rental are highly allergic to pets, therefore we can't chance allowing them. $200 - 500 clean up fee will be charged.
We don't accept mail or packages for renters. You can order a locker through Amazon or the USPS to ship your items then pick them up there.

Great House!!

We stayed one night for the oilman triathlon. The house was perfect! Clean, plenty of rooms, updated and a Galaga arcade game!!! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Perfect spot for the wedding we attended, bit of a plumbing issue but I am sure they will handle it, communication was great and house was clean and living room good for all of us to spread out and relax after the wedding.

Relaxing

We rented the home for a truck show we go to regularly in the area. The neighborhood is really quit and well lit. Beds were comfy and the fact there were board games to play while we relaxed after spending all day outside... was great. The arcade didn't work but egh.. we still enjoyed the place
