- Lake & Pool - Swim in the water at your own risk. There is no lifeguard.

- There are a few life jackets provided but correct sizes cannot be guaranteed. Please bring your own for boating and specific sizes.

- Stairs must be accessed for loft bedroom access, the garage apartment, & to the second-level outdoor deck.

House and property were just as wonderful as the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much! Pool was cool but the shaded backyard was great in the summer heat! We enjoyed it all - kayaks, putting course, fishing off the dock, grilling in the backyard, tanning on the sundeck, highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this house. Perfect location. Plenty of space for everyone. Backyard is amazing with the pool, covered patio, sun deck, fire pit, putting green, kayaks, boat dock, hanging lights and wonderful shade trees. Just beautiful! House was just like the pictures.
