The room was clean except the bathroom grouting was moldy, the bed and pillows comfortable, the AC was noisy but other than that the price was good and I had a good stay.

We checked in to the property and got a room key, went to the room and it was locked from the inside. Clearly occupied by another guest and wreaked of weed. We got another room and there were cockroaches and also smelled of weed and cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting. We went back to the front desk to check out and go elsewhere but after several attempts to get ahold of the front desk and nobody coming back to the window we had to leave and move on to the next. Mind you it’s already 11:30pm

The pictures are very deceiving. It was not what it looked like in the pictures at all. There were homeless sitting right outside the hotel. There were people who looked like they were staying there long term with the amount of stuff in the room. It felt unsafe and sketchy with the amount of people constantly passing by your room for no reason.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place was absolutely the worst motel I have every stayed at. The bed felt like there was sand in it. The bath room shower curtain smelled horrible. The toilet wasn't clean. We had to ask for more towels because the maid never came by the 3 days we were there. The guy up front refused to give us new towels until we brought him our old ones. The day of check out we were getting ready to leave and the guy walked into our room before 11 , which was the checkout time, I was changing clothes when he opened the door. He then proceeded to tell us we needed to "hurry up". I have never stayed anywhere as awful as this place. Do not stay here. Also, it was in a horrible area.

completely false advertising. The room smelled like cigarettes and and the cabinet doors were broken falling off. there were stains all over the walls, floors and window. people outside of her room are smoking, weed and screaming at each other. we ended up not even staying the night and just left without even getting a refund because it was that bad. would never ever recommend staying here.

When leaving the one morning asked for the room to be cleaned, when I arrived back later that day nothing was done. Will never stay there again. I booked a one-night stay at Baymont by Wyndham Wilmington through Expedia while in town for a concert, and the experience was appalling. I received a check-in reminder confirming my reservation, but when I arrived, I was told my room had been canceled, even though I never canceled it. There was no email, no phone call, no notice of any kind. What made the situation worse was the staff’s complete lack of care or concern. They showed no empathy, made no effort to help, and left me with no place to stay for the night. I was essentially told “too bad” and dismissed. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking here, your reservation could be canceled without reason or warning, and you’ll be left on your own without so much as an apology.

This hotel needs a complete remodel. You could tell hotel staff were living there. First room was filthy and microwave was full of rust. Second room had a lot of water on the floor and second day was without power for over 7 hours. Day of check out a "friend", not an employee, knocked on our door before 11 am telling us we had to leave right then or we would be charged a late fee and another day. When asked if he was a manager is got very rude. Went to front desk to checkout and the lady there only said okay have a nice day after we told her what had just happened. When he knocked on our door we were literally about to walk out anyway. Will never go back again.
