Room was good & clean. The desk clerks were rarely at the desk, had to ring the bell to get attention. The fitness room did not have water in the cooler or towels available - had to go to the desk and ring the bell. The hot tub was out of order and the pool temperature was on the cool side. We had to have our door keycards re-programmed twice in three days. Based on the cost we didn’t expect a great hotel, but the aforementioned items suggest general negligence.

It’s very clean and the staff is nice. We chose this because of the hot tub and pool as my daughter is an athlete and it helps when we’re in town for hockey, and we’re really sad to not be informed it wasn’t working and had no plans to be operational. And the AC in the room only goes down to 66, that’s too hot for us. We have asthma and the hottest we have it in our home at night is 62. And it felt like 70. We were sweating. Making the room far too stagnant, so we left early this morning. If none of that is a concern for you, this is a great bargain hotel near the hockey rinks that was clean with a nice staff.

The front desk team members were very kind and informative! The housekeeping team very helpful and took care of any needs. The breakfast service was very good and was consistently refilled with fresh food and drinks. The day after check out the deposit that was on hold was released. This is a big bonus! The room was clean and very welcoming. Thank you!!

Not much about this location went well. The place was falling apart and badly managed and the staff clearly didn't care. The hot tub was closed for no apparent reason. The staff closed the pool area at 8 PM even though their printed material says 11 PM. The breakfast in the morning was non-existent. There was no food, no hot food, no muffins, no toast, no bagels. The only food they had was cereal but there was no milk. We had to change rooms during our stay. Our first room had no hot water and the bathroom door wouldn't close. There was no hair dryer in the room. I asked the front desk for a hair dryer and they told me they didn't have any so I would have to deal without one. The lack of hot water was a huge deal. The faucet handle was stuck in the cold water position. When I asked for maintenance to fix it, the front desk told me they had gone home so I would have to deal with cold showers. That made me furious. The front desk finally allowed us to move to another room. All of this hassle made us late to the event that brought us there in the first place. Our new room had water. However, the toilet ran constantly, the electrical outlet by the sink didn't work. When we plugged in anything on or off, it blew the fuse. That made me worry about electrical fires in the building. The hairdryer had the electrical prongs broken off.

Mini fridge plugged into outlet that is controlled by the main light switch, so it turned off when we left for the day. Bathroom door half falling apart. Had problem with key card not working 2nd day there and had to go back to desk with arms full of food and wait over 5 minutes for someone to come and fix the keycard

Selena at front desk excellent. Hot tub closed again! Pool hours listed wrong. Breakfast, usually excellent, terrible! No cream for coffee, juice machine broken, no cream cheese or regular milk. Eggs good; no bacon or sausage!
