The good and the bad!

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room itself was good and the bed was comfortable. The internet/wi-fi and the TV interface was terrible and needs upgrading. A lot of the options on the TV just did not work and the wi-fi connection kept shutting off.

Good amenities and quality overall. Just wish the bar/lounge hours were updated on the guest services directory. Despite saying it was available daily until 11PM, the bar was closed the entire time I stayed here. Plenty of local food places within walking distance, just wish there were more sidewalks.

This is my choice hotel to stay at when I need to go to Wilmington. The safe is very friendly and professional. Hotel is clean and well maintained. They also have the best coffee/latte machine of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

The guy at the desk was very nice. Breakfast was good. Convenient location but riff raff was hanging around which was uncomfortable. The rooms are outdated but clean. The biggest annoyance were the room keys. We spent an absurd amount of time trying to get into the building as well as our room. We noticed all the guests had the same problem so it wasn't the keys we were given. We would not stay here again based on this alone.
