This beautifully designed 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with an in-ground heated saltwater pool and hot tub is equipped with all of the modern amenities and designed as a sanctuary and peaceful space. Enjoy a home away from home. The pool and hot tub are private and the home is completely fenced. The home is ready to be enjoyed year-round with a gas fireplace, and hot tub. Get cozy in the winter and feel refreshed in the summer!

House was just what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood away from the action at the beach, but close enough to get there in less than 25 minutes. The pool was the right temp for swimming during the heat of the day, or during the cooler evenings. House is extremely well maintained, and provided a vibe of a nice suburban home, rather than a "beach house". We would recommend and would stay again if we ever come back to Wilmington.

Relaxing stay

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Rented this house to see some old friends from the military. The pool was amazing. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working, but host addressed it immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Graduation 🎓 Weekend

The place is in a great location. Really comfy home. Great for families. Easy ride to beaches, UNCW and restaurants. The host was fabulous! We definitely stay there again!!
