Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before you leave, please start a load of used towels in the washing machine. This small step helps our cleaning team. No need to dry or fold—just starting the wash is greatly appreciated!
Trash can be gathered and disposed of in the large cans on the side of the house. There is one for trash and one for recycling.
Double-check that you have all personal items before departure. Lock the doors behind you and have a safe journey home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wow! This beautiful home exceeded all expectations. The property owner did not miss a single detail in making the home feel like a luxurious get away- from a well appointed chef’s kitchen to meticulously designed comfortable spaces. We were in Wilmington for the Ironman 70.3 and the proximity to downtown dining, shopping and the race venue was unbeatable. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet and the neighbors that we met were all extremely friendly. We highly recommend this home for your Wilmington get away!
