This charming 1BR condo features a prime locale and balcony views of the river, Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina. Easily stroll to popular shops, historic attractions, and local eateries.
Travel under 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach for days on the coast.
Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.)

The sparkling kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create delectable meals. (This unit does not have a dishwasher.)
