Looking for the peaceful cottage by the woods vibe? This is it! A 100 year old cottage that has been totally remodeled from the studs out and added onto to make it the perfect modern farmhouse. Situated on a 60 acre farm that overlooks the creek and woods. Enjoy the views off the deck or relax around the fire pit. Just 8 miles from World Equestrian Center, 5 miles from Air Park, 4 miles from College & Hospital as well as downtown.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Wilmington Dog Park. Laundry facilities are available. 2 bathrooms and a patio are available in the cottage.

The house is well kept and clean. Plenty of space to move around and be comfortable. Kitchen could use one more big pan but didn’t hinder us from cooking! Would recommend this location and look forward to staying again for a third time.

Beautiful property, wonderful stay

This was a wonderful property. It has an out in the country feel but, you are just 6 minutes from town. It is very clean, well appointed, bigger than it looks from the outside and the beds were very comfortable. There was even a beautiful bird nesting in the window box with 5 tiny eggs that hatched during our stay. It was perfect. We cant wait to come back.
