No place to hang a towel in the bathroom. Highway noise was pretty loud. Heating unit was pretty loud. House keeping knocked on the door and disturbed us, despite the "do not disturb" sign hung on the door. And since we booked thru Expedia, Double Tree said we are not entitled to Hilton rewards points.
