Welcome to Dragan Lagoon located in midtown Wilmington! This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is in the perfect central location - just a short drive to historic downtown, UNCW, and Wrightsville Beach. You'll love starting your day with a coffee on the covered front porch. This home can sleep up to six with queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms and a king sized bed in the primary. The bathroom has been recently updated and the kitchen is stocked with the essentials you'd need!

You'll love the convenient location of Dragan Lagoon. It's located just a short drive to historic downtown Wilmington as well as the UNCW campus and Wrightsville Beach. There is also a cross city bike trail nearby, making it easy to ride your bike to various places across town.

The house has 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen size beds and one with a king size bed. The full bathroom has recently been updated and feels nice and bright. The kitchen is stocked with essential items so you'll be able to enjoy a home cooked meal during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire house as well as the fenced in yard. There are a couple of locked closets used for owner storage, but other than that you'll be able to use everything at the property.

This property is self check in with a keypad. Guests can reach the host through messaging.

There is parking available for up to 3 cars in front of the house. Please do not park in front of the neighboring houses.
