Room smelled like cigarette smoke and when we told the front desk and their answer was no one was supposed to smoke in there. No offer to move us to another room. Breakfast was ok. There were hard as a rock muffins every morning. Orange juice is too sour. Coffee was good. Waffle was good. The street noise from cars was too loud in our room. Sounded like a drag strip out there. The bed was comfortable and shower was good.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice except for 1 person when we first checked in, and not that he was nasty or anything just thot welcoming very matter of fact. Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the downtown area.
