The house is in a great location! The historic district is just a few blocks away. The host was super responsive when we had questions and even though it is a duplex, we didn't hear our neighbors at all!

Very convenient to waterfront (six blocks). Host was responsive to our requests. Home just as stated. Very comfortable and updated. My only complaint is that I have problem with stairs and I did not have a railing for all steps; however, I knew the bedrooms were upstairs.

The property was super convenient to the Riverwalk. We had no problems communicating with the host. The house was clean and uncluttered and comfortable. The photos are exactly representative of the house. The temperature was very comfortable downstairs and a little less upstairs. The parking in the driveway was tight but very helpful. Only downside was the upstairs bathroom. The shower is great but the bathroom is small and it stays damp and steamy, it helps to keep the exhaust fan running but I was more comfortable leaving the door open to vent the bathroom.
