Lily was very accommodating from the start of our stay. She was holding a very upbeat smile of friendliness. Spoke to us every time she saw us in the lobby. At checkin she made sure we had our vouchers for breakfast, parking passes and asked us if we had any questions. Warm and kind after a long drive was so nice to walk up to. Lily is definitely an asset to your company, she even checked on us During our stay. How involved is that?!!! On our way home, we were already making plans to return in March.

Our trip was for my 93 year old mother, driving from Raleigh, for birthday and Christmas present. Love the beds and pillows (even though they are a little to high up for 5’2” women). The view was awesome, lobby very open. We just had a cool fun time. Would have been nice to have a sandwich cafe.

Property was amazing. Only suggestion would be to either get a bigger hot tub or an additional one since the small one they have is usually full of kids. Other than that the hotel exceeds all expectations.

We enjoyed the peacefulness of the ocean and the clean sand beach. Safe area. We walked the 2.5 mile “Loop” everyday. Had delicious meals at the hotel restaurant , Solstice for dinner, South Beach Grill and Brunch at Marina Grill ( over by the battleship). Hotel rooms were updated, property was much nicer than expected. Staff was very friendly. We will be back!

Good overall property. They could take a little time to make easy fixes like a toilet paper holder falling off the wall. They could also offer breakfast like all the other hotels we stayed at with similar prices per night but other than that good property.

We love Lumina! We stay a few times a year and only live two hours away. We have daughters in college near by and really enjoy our time at the resort when we come. They love to come have a meal or just hang out with us. The staff treats us so well from check in to check out, we dread leaving. Each staff member we encounter is so friendly and helpful. We are regulars in the Solstice and have made friends over the years with our servers. Our stay would not be the same without Wendy and Tammy. They go above and beyond 5 star service and make us feel like family, always remembering us. We really enjoy catching up with them at each visit. I personally, was overjoyed to see the addition of Lavender syrup at the coffee bar. Yes please and thank you! The gym is always so tidy and welcoming. But the wings on the menu at Solstice..........LEGENDARY! THAT SAUCE!!! Well done! I am putting in my official vote for a buffalo chicken sandwich with a grilled or breaded option as well as a buffalo chicken salad option. And could someone please spring for pickle slices? Ha! We look forward to our 'already booked" next trip! Cant wait to see everyone and dig in to some wings!!

Awesome infrastructure. Chlorine content in the swimming pool was too much and hurt my eyes. It would be great if the staffs are more welcoming to the guests. There are lot of connected rooms available, and we requested in advance too. But we didn't get it.Overall stay was good though. Thanks so much.
