This luxury one bedroom, upstairs condo overlooks the award winning Riverwalk in heart of Downtown Wilmington. The master bedroom features a high end King sized bed and flat screen TV, with a washer and dryer in the closet. There is a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living area contains a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The balcony door opens to a view of the Cape Fear River and is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening while watching the boats and people go by. You will be within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, and a short drive to our beautiful beaches. It truly is a private paradise.

The rooms were as noted! Very clean and perfect location. Walk almost everywhere in the city and close to many venues. Was even able to go to the US North Carolina naval ship tour using a water taxi right down the road.Contacting the owner was a 10 out of 10 and very helpful.
