Welcome to Wilmington! This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home combines contemporary decor with modern amenities and an experience all can enjoy.

Just a few blocks from downtown Wilmington, museums, casino, University of Delaware Wilmington Campus and more!

Full kitchen, quartz countertops, flatscreen tv, and coffee/tea bar!



The Space:

Our home is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bath on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on the second floor. We have a 55” smart TV in the living room. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated with modern amenities.



Guest Access:

Guests will be able to access the entire home. A code will be provided for entry prior to your visit.

Driveway fits up to 4 cars



Other Things to Note:

While we're situated in the heart of the city, it's possible to come across a stray bug from time to time. However, we have proactive measures in place, including routine pest control sprays, to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

Comfortable Updated Home

The home is an older but updated home. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and a hot water kettle and toaster. The fridge does not have a water dispenser but a Britta water filter is in the fridge and was fine for our needs. The kitchen also had quite a few cooking spices. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There is plenty of off street parking. Checkin was very convenient and host responsive. The location was convenient for our needs but traffic noise started early which is why I marked it down a star for that.

Family reunion

The overall experience was beyond excellence. The purpose of our visit was for a nieces sweet 15 where family members who had not seen each other for 20 years were going to meet again. The house was super clean and the air condition was cold. WiFi was available immediately with the posted information. The parking space was great with us having a Tahoe we needed to make sure we had enough space . Most important we felt super safe knowing the house had cameras. We never saw or heard the neighbors. We really enjoyed our stayed that we have saved this location be a use our family member literally live 5 minutes away from this rental. Thank you once again for all of the amenities and for always answering my phone calls for minor question as in how to lock the door and check out questions.

House is nice. Location not so great

Honestly the house is great. The updates were nicely done. Nice and spacious, It’s the location that’s super sketchy. There was a shooting just outside while we were there. The outside noise is loud at all hours day and night. With lots of street walking traffic as well as being on a main road. With a rehab clinic just outside the front door. The fans and the one tv does not drown out the outside noise. While I will say no one bothered us or our vehicles while we were there I never felt safe going outside other than to get in my car. There’s no dressers or TVs in the bedrooms. Which for us staying extended stay meant living out of our suitcases. For what we paid I feel like it was way over priced due to location and cleanliness. The beds we’re comfortable and communication with the owner was prompt.

Weekend away

Everything was as described in Vrbo. Owner answered in a very timely fashion. Had a problem with the AC owner fixed the problem within an hour. Overall property was very nice. Definitely would book again.
