City living at it's best with this 1920 Craftsman Bungalow located less than 1 mile to downtown and the Cargo District! Less than a few blocks to Wallace Park, Port City Java, and breweries. Midtown with tons of restaurants and shopping within a 5 min drive. 20-30 mins to beaches! Location, location, location.... If you want a home that is historic and with lots of character, this is it! It has original siding, rocking chair front porch, original hardwood floors, most original doors, and some original door hardware, and original windows. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, new kitchen cabinets, new hardware, new sink, upgraded electric and plumbing. Both bathrooms have updated plumbing, and the vanities/tub/surrounds are newer. There is a two level deck, fenced in front and back yards with four gates for easy access to and from the yard. The home has lots of natural sunlight through the vast amount of windows. Fully furnished so just bring your personal items!
