Step back in time in this lovingly restored apartment conveniently located in downtown Wilmington! Located in a renovated, historic mansion, this one bedroom one bath apartment is the perfect home base to explore all that downtown has to offer. You'll love the blend of modern amenities and old world charm that the designer specifically crafted for this apartment. There's even a designated off street parking spot so you don't have to worry about pesky downtown parking!

This apartment has been fully renovated from the studs up! The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials that you'll need to enjoy a breakfast or home cooked meal during your stay. The bedroom and living room are combined into one cozy living space. There's a comfortable couch for relaxing at the end of the night and a king size bed to ensure a good nights sleep. The full bathroom features beautiful, blue trimwork and a tiled walk in shower.
There's even a washer and dryer off the kitchen for use during your stay.

You'll be able to use the designated parking spot behind the house, so once you park your car you can start exploring downtown on foot! The apartment is walkable to all the great restaurants, shops, and bars that downtown Wilmington has to offer.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a designated parking space in the gravel lot behind the house. We do have a locked closet for owner storage, but other than that you are able to use anything in the house. There are 5 other apartments in this house, but they all have a completely separate entrance. The only shared spaces are the backyard and parking areas.

Perfect location for visiting downtown ILM…just a short walk to all the best shops and restaurants. The Espresso Bar just a block away is a gem for a delightful coffee and pastry. This property was clean, easy to find and park at, and felt very safe.

Charming Historic District

My husband and I came to Wilmington to get a feel for the city to relocate. I picked this unit specifically for the old wood floors, high ceilings and crown molding, and the gorgeous rich peacock blue accent color in the kitchen and bathroom. It was perfectly located for walking access and quick access to HWY 17 to beaches. The unit was wonderfully clean and bright with all of the windows and we would definitely stay here again.
