The guest house is detached from the main house, with a private entrance, and it's own outdoor patio, lawn space, hammock, and fire pit. Shopping, breweries, restaurants, and beaches are all minutes away. Our neighborhood is a true gem, offering water access, a central location, lots of privacy, and we are an equestrian community. Inside the guest house, you will find a studio-style setup, featuring a queen bed, sofa, desk, dining area, kitchenette, and full bathroom. We would love to host you and share our little slice of heaven with you!
