The floor had dirt on it like someone was already there. The bed was barely made. The sheets had stains on them. The jet tub had hair and candle wax in it and on the sides. Very disappointed and left admeditly!

Honestly this place would’ve gotten 4 stars all around. My fiance and I, who are from MD, went to Philadelphia to see a concert. We last minute booked this on Expedia same day. The photos looked great and reviews weren’t terrible. Also, it was affordable. We have a two year-old and rarely get a night out like this. We got to the hotel, checked in three our bags in the room and went to our concert. Had a great time, even stopped in Philly and got some cheesesteaks. Went back to the hotel room looking forward to a nice hot shower after being stuffed in a stadium, all sweaty and with people smoking. Went to shower and it wouldn’t turn on. Called the front desk. They said there’s nothing they can do and a maintenance guy can be there around 3 AM. This was at midnight. We were supposed to check out at 11 AM. We did not want to go to bed to be woken up at 3 AM for them to fix a shower that we wouldn’t even use that point. We requested another room. They said no. Called Expedia, who also called the front desk and also confirmed they didn’t have any extra rooms to offer us and at least they could send somebody at 3 AM. Absolutely not. After going back-and-forth with the front desk and Expedia for a little under an hour, we made the decision to just drive home. The front desk refused to refund, and Expedia also refuse to refund but for our $90 stay they said they’d just give us a $50 credit on Expedia. Took my losses, accepted the credit and went home. Disappointed, and frustrated.

At first we were put in the wrong type of room that I paid for so I had to call to the front desk and fix that. Then to hear the refrigerator buzzing and ticking all night was annoying so I drowned it out with the television. My room phone didn't work at all; no buttons or sound.

I booked more than a month ago a room with 2 beds, when I got there they gave me one bed and they said they were booked and couldn't give me what I booked. So I left. Also they advertise EV chargers and they don't have that. I specific booked that hotel because of the EV chargers.

It should be stated that this is a motel not a hotel. It was fine for a quick night stay, but not a vacation spot for extended time. We needed it for an overnight stay so it was fine. The pillows are quite small but it's definitely a no frills place. The price was comparable to the conditions.

Was not a family friendly environment. Rooms were sparse, bathroom tiny and could have been cleaner. We are both over 70 ,had us on the second floor, no elevator but would not help us with our luggage. We did not stay after viewing the room.

I didn't have a stay. I left a different hotel because of bugs everywhere, booked through hotels.com to get a room at SureStay, and was turned away at the door. They said they didn't see my itinerary, and didn't care that I had the receipt and all the information to show them. Now they're refusing to refund me! Do not try and stay here; you'll be gambling with your money.
