Notoriously known as the "Cummings-Taylor House", it sits on a cobblestone paved-road and consists of three spacious, private/separate apartments. It has been completely (yet meticulously) renovated & decorated to preserve its rich history + aesthetic.
• 10 minute walk/4 blocks to the heart of downtown Wilmington & Riverwalk!
a quick & stunning stroll to all of the local favorite restaurants, bars, concerts, and family activities this beautiful town offers.
