Great staff especially at the Restaurant! Eileen and Maddie were amazing! Food and drinks at the restaurant was top-notch! Only complaint was the lack of amenities in the bathroom and there was no counterspace. Towels can also be upgraded given the hotel price.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the Wilmington (DE) train station. It proved to be far more than adequate _ very friendly and welcoming staff, charming comfortable rooms. My only small disappointment is that they only put out coffee and some pastry in the morning — not enough for a real breakfast. We found a pleasant cafe nearby, though.

We spent the first night of our honeymoon at the The Quoin Hotel on our way up to Maine, and it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality and genuine kindness stood out. Alec, the manager, was incredibly thoughtful and took great care with our reservation, making sure everything felt special and seamless for such a meaningful trip. Ms. Dana was equally wonderful, despite our late arrival, she went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we had everything we needed. She truly made us feel so celebrated and well cared for! What made this stay so memorable wasn’t just the beautiful space, but the spirit of hospitality from the entire team. You can feel that they truly care about their guests and the experience they create. We’re so grateful to have started our honeymoon here, it set the tone for the rest of our trip in the best way.
