Superb 55 m² duplex apartment with two east/west-facing terraces, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence in Wimereux with a private parking space.

Located close to shops (200 m from a supermarket, a 5-minute drive from the Wimereux Golf Course, the town center, and the seawall), this apartment will charm you with its brightness and breathtaking sea views.

On the first level, it features a sheltered terrace, a tastefully decorated living/dining room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, small freezer, microwave/grill combination, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).

Upstairs, a small hallway leads to a bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), a shower room (shower, sink, toilet), and a master suite (1 double bed 160 x 190 cm) with a private shower room.
