Appartement semble neuf et est propre.Parking appréciable.Manque un micro-ondes et un fauteuil .Les équipements repris sur internet (sauf maladresse de notre part)sont ceux de l'ensemble de l'immeuble .Nous avons été très déçus d'être logés (pas de balcon ni vue mer)le long d'une rue à trafic intense (rue Carnot)qui interdisait de vivre fenêtre ouverte ...

Séjour parfait dans un appartement idéalement situé, à 2pas de la digue et de la mer. Tout se fait facilement à pied,y compris l’accès aux commerces ce qui rend le séjour très agréable.Le logement est impeccablement équipé avec du matériel de qualité et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire pour préparer des repas dans un cadre confortable.La présence d’une place de parking dans le garage souterrain de l’immeuble est un vrai plus,surtout en haute saison.Une adresse où on se sent immédiatement bien et que je recommande sans hésiter.
