charming farmhouse boulonnaise fully renovated, new kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower 1 meter by 1 meter, teak furniture, antique cupboard, toilet closed in the bathroom space. Bedroom with double bed, a cot possibility, former cabinet ,, room access to the bathroom and the main room. -private Living room of 45 meters, with a seating area with sofa, armchairs, a fireplace in the dining room a single bed. Upstairs bedroom with a bed 2 people and a bed 1 person entirely new .Equipements. Outside, lovely private garden and fenced, climbing frame, wooden terrace of 45 meters with garden furniture, barbecue.
