Noisy room right next to highway off-ramp. Air conditioner filter was absolutely caked with dirt. Almost slipped in shower - needs grip strips / mat and grab bars. Bathroom vent fan did next to nothing. English muffins were stale and hard as wood.

Great front desk agent during check-in. Room left a lot to be desired. Specifcally, stained living room wing chair, mattress cover did not fit bed so it created bulges under fitted sheet, poor pillows - each one was a different size and were flat once you laid on them, bathroom toilet with stains inside of bowl was gross, and toilet seat too small for toilet resulting in crooked seat. Tick crawing on bathroom floor! Ice machine was totally gross ! Thank goodness this was a one night stay.
