Friendly, attentive staff. Unfortunately, after checking out and leaving, I realized I didn't have my jewelry pouch with my jewelry in it. I called the hotel, they looked in lost and found, called me back within hours and didn't find anything. I didn't go any place other than the hotel. So very disappointing, someone made off with some really nice jewelry!
