Room was clean, quiet location and easy parking. Staff at reception extremely helpful, quickly fixed a mix up with room allocation, found us another room and personally bought more towels when we discovered there was only one set. All in all, a great experience and excellent value for money having stayed in a Best Western on another leg of the journey.

Parking was ok but the hotel should explain there are 2 different hotels north and south bound I found myself at the wrong one and if you follow google maps it’s 9 miles to get to the other side! Fortunately there is a sort cut the the staff told me about. Room was ok bit dated but for the price it was ok.

- good location - but actual room was poor. Door didn’t lock so I’d to place furniture against it, there were many holes in the curtain, bathroom was not that clean, tap splattered out, floor was filthy, bed was very flat However price was very cheap

Parking was easy, put ur car reg in when u check in. One strip of spaces outside hotel. If not have to park in main services car park. Hotel itself was eery. Didnt see a single other customer, I think it must be very small hotel! TVs dont have very good signal. Reception blamed it in the storm, but also said "people complain about it all the time" room was clean and good temperature. Towels were clean and bathroom is good standard.
