Nice little hide away

Pleasant hotel very nice lady on reception very welcoming, room is ok the radiator needs cleaning and the single bed mattress very cheap and no support. We would stay again if out this way, plenty of food over the road, so overall it has everything you need .

Very comfortable stay. Lovely comfy bed. Very quiet hotel considering where it is. Very friendly and helpful gentleman at check-in which was 10pm. This is my second stay to visit family. Ticks all the boxes. Maybe one negative is that my room was serviced on request but the bed was left unmade ??

The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful, despite the fact it was a busy Saturday night, she was warm and cheerful, an absolute delight. The room was spacious and well appointed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Have stayed here many times because we love the area. Bathroom is needing an upgrade, dirty and curtains are shabby. Beds are clean and comfortable, hot drink facilities are good and excellent access to Costa and McDonald’s.

The hotel is in particularly bad order. The rooms were very noisy. Most disappointing was there was no hot water, not even warm.
